Background and a group class are the same licence
You can let the track sit in the premises, and you can use it in a class with an instructor. You do not pay per session.
TONO and Gramo are a different agreement
The price on the track is a standard licence for the file. Public performance may still need TONO or Gramo. The licence does not replace that agreement.

Why training is not the same as lounge
Lounge can sit for hours without asking for attention. Training can be the same in the studio, or more pulse in a class. That is why it has its own page, and the same licence.
The licence covers both background and an instructor class. It does not give you a right to release the track as your own music.

Yes, if the job is background in the studio all day. For a group class, choose a track with more body.
Can I pass the file on so others can copy it?
No. The purchase is one paid version of the track. You may not let others copy the file.
