You pay once. The price is on the track. You get the files, a standard licence, and a licence certificate.
You buy a right to use the file, not the copyright.
The licence says what is included. Television, radio, cinema, streaming services, and large campaigns need a separate agreement. That is agreed by email, not at checkout.
