How to use it
Choose a track that is longer than the talk
A track that ends in the middle is the usual music accident in a presentation. Pick something that can sit there, and leave the last seconds as air.
Set the music at 15–20 percent volume
Music in a presentation should be noticed when it disappears, not while it plays. In PowerPoint: play in the background. In Keynote: on the document, not on one slide.
Let the first seconds be quiet
Start the music when you start talking, not before. Then the sound is a frame around you, not an intro the room has to wait out.
The rights, in plain words
- The licence covers the client meeting, the stand at a fair, the webinar, and the recording on the intranet.
- We do not put the tracks into Content ID. You should not get a claim from us. A platform can still flag a file by mistake. Then you use the licence certificate. The standard licence does not replace a TONO or Gramo agreement.
- You get WAV, MP3, and a licence certificate with its own ID.
For your own channels and client work. Not television, radio, cinema, streaming services, or large campaigns. Credit is recommended, not required. The licence does not replace a TONO or Gramo agreement for public performance.
Why Spotify in a presentation is a grey area
Spotify, YouTube Music, and similar services are licensed for private listening. Putting that sound under a work presentation, a client meeting, or a recording you share is a different use. That is why this page exists.
Audioklang sells a standard licence per track: the price on the track, VAT included, once. You get the files and a right to use them in what you make. You do not get the copyright. You buy the track from Audioklang, with a clear licence.
Schools and companies are buyers, not separate categories. Same track, same price, same certificate.
Questions
Can I use the music in a work presentation without taking a risk?
Yes. The licence covers presentations, internal training, and company events. You get a licence certificate with an ID.
What does it cost?
The price is on each track and includes VAT. You pay once, and the licence lasts. You get WAV, MP3, and a licence certificate.
Does the music take over the slide?
No, not if you keep the volume down. The selection here is chosen because the midrange is calm enough for speech.
Which files do I get?
WAV 48 kHz / 24-bit and MP3 320 kbps, plus a licence certificate as a PDF. The files are ready when the payment has gone through.
Do I have to give credit?
Credit is recommended where it is natural, for example “Music: Audioklang”. It is not a requirement. You cannot present the track as your own.
Can I pass the file on so others can copy it?
No. The purchase is one paid version of the track. You may not let others copy the file.
Is this AI music?
Yes. The tracks are made with the help of artificial intelligence. Each track is listened through and chosen by hand. How the music is made.
