You are not buying the track. You are buying a right to use the file. The price is on each track, in the currency you choose. You pay once, and the standard licence comes with it. The full agreement is in the terms of sale.
Are you or your client publishing it yourselves, on your own channels? The standard licence covers that.
Is it going on television, radio, cinema, or a streaming service, or is it a large campaign? Write to mail@audioklang.com. We reply with a price.
Credit is recommended where it is natural, for example “Music: Audioklang”. It is not a requirement.
The licence stays with you, the buyer. The client may use the finished film or ad. The client cannot lift the audio out for a new project without a licence of their own from Audioklang.
The licence is the right Audioklang can give you to the file. It does not replace TONO or Gramo, or the equivalent abroad, when music is played in public. You check whether that agreement is needed.
A DJ mix where the track is one of several is allowed. Selling the mix as a release is not.
Audioklang is the producer. You buy a right to use the file, not the copyright. The tracks are made with the help of artificial intelligence. The licence is the right to use the file you receive. How the music is made.
The licence is not exclusive. Audioklang may release the same track on streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music, on social media and in marketing. That does not change your licence. We do not register the tracks in Content ID or similar systems that could raise a claim against you. If you still get such a claim on a track you have a licence for, email mail@audioklang.com and we will help you get it taken down.
A collection is one purchase and one licence certificate for the tracks in the package. The same standard licence as a single track. The tracks can also be bought on their own. The price is on the collection.
As a consumer under Norwegian law you normally have 14 days to withdraw. For a digital file that right ends when you ask for immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledge that the right is then lost. A company does not have this right. Where it still applies, write to mail@audioklang.com within the deadline.
