Audioklang is the shop. Vasser AS is the controller for the personal data the shop keeps. Privacy questions go to mail@audioklang.com. We do not have a data protection officer.
We process personal data under the GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act. Each purpose has a basis in GDPR article 6.
Legal basis: contract, article 6(1)(b). We use the data to take the order, send the files, send the order email, and keep a record of the licence.

There is no newsletter. Email from us is about an order, or a reply to a message you sent. We do not sell the data, and we do not build an advertising profile.
You do not create an account. For an order we store:
If you write to us, we keep your email address and the message, so we can reply.
Polar takes the card payment. We do not see the full card number. We learn whether the payment was approved, the amount, the currency, and a reference. Polar can receive the IP address from the checkout, so the tax matches your country.
The order is stored with us. Postmark sends the order email and messages from the contact form. Postmark receives the address and the message in order to deliver the email.
When the site is shown, the host can log the IP address, the time, the browser, and the page that was requested. That log is for running the site and for security. It is not a customer list.
We share data with the services that have to see it to complete the order, and with public authorities when the law requires it.
We do not set cookies for statistics, marketing, or an account. There is no consent banner for marketing cookies.
We set three cookies:
ak-locale, with the value en or nb, when you choose a language. It remembers the choice. It does not change an address you opened yourself.ak-currency, with the value nok, usd, or eur, when you choose a currency. It remembers the choice.ak-banner, with the value off, when you close the note that offers the other language. It remembers that you closed it.None of this is used for advertising.
On your device, the browser also stores the appearance you choose (light, dark, or system) until you clear that data, and where you are in a preview until you close the tab. The cart stays in the browser until you check out. It is not sent to us before then.
Polar may set cookies that are needed to take the payment. Those cookies are Polar’s.
