Why meditation and yoga are not the same as training
Training is a gym and a group class with more drive. Meditation and yoga need music that can sit under a quiet class, a practice, and a recording. That is why it has its own page, and the same licence.
The licence covers the class, the practice, and the video you put the track in. It does not give you a right to release the track as your own music.
