Music for a hotel, restaurant, and lounge. You buy one track or a collection. Public performance may still need TONO and Gramo.
A bed, not a playlist for the evening
Reception, the toilets, the bar, and VIP are zones on the same job: the sound should be noticed when it disappears. If the guest is humming, the track is too present. An event and a DJ set are something else. Then the music should have a start.

Two agreements, not one
The Audioklang licence gives you the right to use the recording in the premises. In Norway, public performance of music may still need an agreement with TONO and Gramo. We do not mix the two. You should not think that the price on the track replaces that duty.
What you get from us is that you are not mirroring a private subscription out into reception, and that you have a licence certificate with an ID for exactly the tracks that are playing.
A collection, or the tracks one by one
One track at the price on the track is enough for a fitting room or a pop-up. Premises that stay on all day get several tracks in one purchase: the collection has its own price, VAT included, and one licence certificate. The tracks can also be bought one by one.
Loop the track. Avoid a climax every fourth minute. Keep one bed per zone, not five different catalogues.

Does the purchase cover the hotel’s TONO fee?
No. Audioklang gives a right to use the recording. Public performance in Norway may still need TONO or Gramo.
Can I play the collection in both reception and the restaurant?
Yes, in your premises, with that licence certificate. The collection is one purchase for the tracks in the package.
What does the collection cost?
The collection has its own price, VAT included, unless a campaign price is set. Single tracks have the price on the track.
What about the right of withdrawal?
Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw. For this digital content that right falls away when you ask for immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is then lost. Companies do not have a right of withdrawal under the cancellation act.
